Yes! We charge "pet rent" that's $45/month per pet. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Assistance animals are allowed and do not require a fee.

At the end of your lease, you have the option to renew or move out. If you decide to break your lease, a fee of $2,000 with the deposit withheld will be enforced. 30-day notice is required. 

06. what does the moving out process look like?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. It's labeled as delinquent and overdue by the 5th. You will incur a late fee of $50 on the 6th.

All maintenance requests can be made through your resident portal on Buildium. Please allot 24-48 hours for a response from our maintenance team due to demand.
