We had a lovely stay at the Pinecone and Rosebud. We rented both units with my in-laws and grandparents for a family wedding. Everyone was comfortable, even with the smaller space of a tiny home. Our host was quick with responses, and gave us the flexibility to change our reservation last minute, and even let us check in early and have a late check out!

Lizzie was amazing to rent from for the weekend. She was so responsive and kind. The airbnb was decorated so cute, and it was so spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and stocked. If we are ever in Tyler again, this is where we would stay! Don't be worried about it being a part of a 4plex. The neighbors were quiet and we never heard a sound!

For my husbands birthday, I wanted a place close enough to Tyler but far off enough that it was quiet and restful. Lizzie's place provided exactly that! Clean and comfortable; we had a great time going out Friday night and Saturday night having the option of staying in cooking a meal and having a fire in the fire pit outside. So glad it was available as it was the perfect combo!

If you need peace but not too far from town, this is the place. To watch horses across the way while drinking coffee on a comfy couch. Big kitchen with everything needed for cooking big rooms with super comfy beds. When it rained, the sound of the tin roof was perfect. Smart TV to watch anything or just a good book in the backyard. Only a 5 min drive to the state park.

We loved our stay! I was moving to another state and we needed a place in town to stay after I moved out of my house. This place was perfect for what we needed. We loved having a little fenced area for my service dog. The house was very clean and cheerful. Thought was clearly put into everything. We also loved the large bathroom and the washer & dryer.
